How I Evaluate Products
A product doesn’t earn a place here simply because it’s popular, expensive, “clean,” or marketed as premium. I look at the questions that actually matter.
Does It Make Sense?
What does the evidence actually support, and is there a real reason to use the product in the first place?
What’s Actually In It?
I look at formulation, ingredients, sourcing, dosing, unnecessary extras, and whether the product makes sense for its intended purpose.
Can We Verify It?
Testing, certification, manufacturing standards, transparency, and what is—and isn’t—actually known all matter.
Is It Worth It?
Price alone doesn’t determine value. I look at practical usefulness, individual fit, meaningful quality differences, and what you’re actually getting for your money.
Sometimes the right conclusion is that you don’t need to buy anything.

A separate value attribute. It means the product provides meaningful quality, formulation, or verification without requiring a substantially higher price for features that add little practical benefit.
